KeymasterIt may be needed to check your admin panel. We might need to login to your system for this. Would you mind sharing login credentials so that we can work on it ?.
Thanks.
Regards.

GuestSorry, the credentials you provided is for the frontend dashboard. Actually I meant the access info of wp-admin

GuestJust gave you new credentials to the dashboard – not sure what you mean. From the dashboard, you have access to the plugin and can see the shortcodes. Go to this page http://635.278.myftpupload.com/product/test-product/ when signed and click edit page in the top bar to see the shortcodes in the page description. Thank you.

GuestWhe you are signed in – Open this plugin – it may help: share-print-pdf-woocommerce/share-woo.php

KeymasterI wanted the credential to access the wp-admin section which should look something like this image
But your credentials let me login and redirect to a page like this , which is not the actual admin panel of wordpress
Moreover, there is no topbar in the page as well
Will you please test the credential by logging in by yourself ?
Thanks

Michael
GuestYes that is what I gave you – two times now.

GuestWere you able to get in?

KeymasterI have gone through you admin panel, and what I got is , the modal (pop up) content is developed by custom coding . The problem is, the data has been grabbed without passing it through the shortcode rendering function . Please ask your developer to do that.
Off topic, the pop up loading is taking too much time which may seem a bit time consuming to the customers/users.
